If you follow the advice of our Community Specialists, our comprehensive process will replace the need to rent, and avoid disrupting your family with multiple moves. You will be guided so that you feel confident in your purchase decision when the right time comes.
I'm curious about the suburbs, but don't want to move for 1-2 years - is it too early?
This IS the time to begin your search! Many of our clients start the process 6 months, 1, 2, or even 3 years in advance of their ideal timing. The best part is that you get to spend time going to Farmers Markets, Concerts in the Park, and street fairs in the future town that will become your hometown.
How can your services be offered for free?
We have a unique and simple model that offers our comprehensive services to all of our clients for no fee. Sellers pay 100% of the commission (to both the Buyer's Agent and Seller's Agent). When you work with our carefully curated buyer's agent, a portion of their proceeds goes to Search The Burbs. This allows us to maintain our high level of service to you without charging you a penny....ever! Our goal is to exceed your expectations with every interaction.
